    The military is not cooperating
My daughter is now 12 years old and her father has been hiding in the military since she was born. He was transferred overseas. I had his information to locate him and did, but when the paperwork made it overseas the child support agency never got a response. I know that he is now married with 3 other children but for some reason refuses to help and has always hid from the fact that he has another daughter. I honestly feel like the military has been less than cooperative about making him deal with his legal issues. Can anyone give me some advise on any other avenue I can take?

The only way the military will do anything is if there is a court order. You have to go through the court system... if he still refuses to pay then the courts can garnish his wages... it is the same for anyone else.

If he is in violation of a court order, then the military will decide what to do to make him pay...

If you call them yourself there is nothing they can or will do. He can deny paternity. That is why you need to establish paternity and go through the courts.
