How much trouble can I get into for hitting someone once but it mad him have a slight fracture? They said they will reduce it to a aggravated assault? This is my first felony!! Should I b looking at jail time? This is in Ohio

Get yourself an attorney to help you on this. This would all depend on how old you and the other person are for starters, how severe the blow was, how injured the person was, did you use your hand or had something in it like an object? Have you ever been in trouble before?

That does not matter if you have several misdemeanors relating in anyway to violence. Do u? (I only ask to better answer your question). It is difficult to give an opinion on this without the details. Were u the aggressor? Were u attacked? Did u sustain any noticeable physical injury? Are you now on probation for previous crimes misdemeanor or otherwise? When you appear in court ask for an attorney.
