    What can I do about getting a divorce
    Me and my husband have been separated and with other people for the past nine years. We are not divorced. My question is can he contest the divorce if I get it and does he have to be notified about the divorce even though we haven't been together for 9 years?

    He CAN contest it, although I can't imagine any reason that he would. And yes, you have to make good faith attempts to notify him.
