Does urine alcohol testing show what kind of drinks you had two nights ago? Or does it just show that alcohol was consumed?

If someone was caught driving under the influence (DUI- drunk driving) in Illinois what are the penalties if it's a 1st time offense? Also will this show up on background checks if it's a misdemeanor?

It just shows that alcohol was consumed. It can't differentiate between, say, wine and beer.

It will show on a background test.

My research indicates: "A first DUI / DWI offender can receive court supervision, only once, which will not be viewed as a conviction.
