What is the North Carolina law for siblings sharing same bedroom?
I have an 11 year old daughter that visits with her dad every other weekend. She also has an 8 year old brother by another woman that her bio-dad got with after he and I separated. The bio-dad gets both kids on the same weekend for visitation with him and they have to share a room together. I feel uncomfortable about the fact that they have to share a bedroom together while they are there. My daughter, as you can imagine is starting to develop into a young lady and I feel that she needs her privacy. Is there a law in North Carolina that states that they should not be allowed to share a bedroom with each other and if so, what should I do and who should I contact to have this matter addressed.

There is no law but I would see if they can not make other sleeping arrangements if the Judge will grant alternating weeks.
