    Getting Back to US
In 1989 I came to US as a suppose of a student. While stay in US I had two babies who are born US Citizens. During this period my visa expired and I never obtained a new one. My suppose never applied for my green card. In 2008 I left US and want to come back. I am no longer with my suppose. My daughters are citizens but I do not have any status. How could I come back to US?

Not only you did not have status back then, you also overstayed. Having children who are US citizens does not give you any privilege. I assume that you must have overstayed more than 3 years.. if this is correct, you are barred from entering US for 10 years. After that you may apply for visitor's visa (B-1/B-2).

Your children may be able to apply for immigrant visa for you when they are 21 years of age, if they meet the requirements.
