I've been on winter break for 2 weeks. Lately, when I sleep, in the middle of the night, I just abruptly waking up in the middle of the night because I am afraid I will be late for school. There is no school that day. Even when I sleep, I worry that it would be time for school and I'll be late. I just wake up and look at the clock before feeling relieve and go back to sleep. It happens 2 or 3 times a night and it disturbs my sleep very much. I don't know why I do it. It just happens, I have a alarm clock and I set it and everything. I just worry it doesn't ring on time and I'll be late for school. Although it never actually happened. I even do that on the weekends, wake up in the middle of the night, realize that it's Saturday, then can't go back to sleep again, or take a while to. It's been happening almost everyday! Please help!
