I'm in cps custody and I'm a run away from cps but I was wondering since were not toghther and my son is in cps custody can he get him?:confused:

If he is listed as the father on the birth certificate and he files for custody he very well could. They would check him to make sure he can support him and so on. If they feel it is in your sons best interest they can give him over to the father.
