Hi there! I'm trying to remember the name of an American TV show that I used to watch, I think it would be in the mid 90's. I remember it being a bit scary - it was loosely about a group of people who investigated paranormal activities... I have a vague recollection that they were off the books as it were but that money wasn't an issue - it was almost like a modern branch of an old society. If that makes sense to anyone then I'd love your help! I do remember one episode that had a little boy ghost in it who was blue because he'd been drowned and he just kept on saying "I can't breathe". It's a long shot!

Might be Poltergeist: The Legacy, which featured a worldwide society of paranormal investigators with chapters in different cities. (Despite the title, the series had no connection to the movie Poltergeist.)
