My brother forgot his password on his laptop when he starts up. (the part where it has the icon and your name or whatever)

How can I get this passwrod back. He is like freaking out.

Sounds like the Windows password. Does he remember the Admin password? If not, he needs to get help from Microsoft.

Yeah it's the windows haha he doesn't remember anything at all, he is the admin and he can't remember his password
