List percentage of equity in prenuptial agreement
Can you structure a prenuptial agreement so that for example if you only had 80% of the mortgage paid off before marriage then in the event of a divorce you would get back 80% of whatever it’s new assessed value was at the time of divorce. Please give example of how that might be worded in a prenuptial agreement?

    Thanks

PS - I know that property before marriage is supposedly separate property but that leaves a lot to chance and I feel better if it is spelled out in a prenuptial agreement. Also this is in Washington State.

No one is going to want to give you the exact language to insert in a prenup- that's practicing law.

But of course you can provide in a pre-nup for anything that's not illegal or contrary to public policy.
