so I'm on birth control and had unprotected sex a few weeks ago but then I already had my peroid and I started a new month of the pills 11 days ago and still have a lot of the pills with medicine in them before I should start for my next one but then 3 days ago I started having spotting like it would start through the day and then end at night or at random times do you think that this is just from the birth control cause this is my 5th month of being on the pill and its never happened before so I'm not sure what's going on what are the chances that I could be pregnant
also the cramps with it are 10 times worse then they have ever been?

I don't quite understand what you are asking. You had unprotected sex (which you posted about on another thread) - does that mean you weren't taking the pill or that your partner didn't use a condom?

Then you got your period.

Then you started on the next cycle of pills.

Nothing is 100% guaranteed, nothing is 100% "safe," and there is no guarantee that you won't get pregnant on the pill - but if you are having bad cramps and unusual spotting I think you should call your Doctor and ask. If you aren't pregnant something else is going on and you really should check it out.
