Yes I was wondering if anyone can helpme! I am 10 days late for my period and took 3 hpt and they all came up negative. My periods are rather normal.. can I still be pregnant and needablood test to confirm it? :confused:

Could be that you're pregnant, could be stress, could be any number of things. Wait another week and retest, make sure you use first morning urine for the most accurate result. Or, like you suggested, go to your doctor for a blood test.

Possibly... could also be your period is going to show up late this cycle or you may skip it altogether. Maybe give it several more days and try another test at that time. If still negative, see what happens when your next period is due.

You can check with your doctor... most will just do a urine test in the office, many will wait until you have missed two periods before doing a blood test (because it is not uncommon to miss a period now and then), some may order a blood test with just the one late period. Might give them a call and enquire what their policy is.
