I need to no what to do if my rent property is abandoned I have posted evictions on the door. But no one is lining in the home and it has been without utilities for six months. But they still have items in the home what do I do now?

Have you sent them certified letters telling them to get their stuff out? After 6 months I think you are allowed to pack up the stuff and put it in storage until you have properly notified them to get their stuff within a specified time(I think 30 days)
