My foreskin gets tiny fissures when I have sex. They develop at the same places. It hurts like hell. They heal in a few days then again I face the same problem. My foreskin seems to be tighter than before. White patches have developed around and under my foreskin. The underside of my forskin itches. Please help.

Sounds to me like you need a trip to the Doctors, maybe you need to be circumcised.

I know it can be daunting to go and speak to the Docs about such personal problems, but if you want the pain to go away, then unfortunately you are just going to have to be brave.

You really need to go see your doctor and get checked out.

I guess some questions I would ask you is -

Are you giving yourself time to heal down there before you are having sex again ?

Have you tried using some form of lube ?

Have you ever been treated for any STI's ?
