Since using a plunger in an upstairs bath tub we now have a very evident "squeaking" in the pipes when any faucet (down or upstairs), toilet or shower is turned on. This noise lasts as long as the water is flowing. Although the other night this noise woke me up and did not stop until I turned the water on and off. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Well the supply on the toilet might have shaken while you plunged the toilet. On the wild side here, many time a plumber will use a wedge in a sub floor hole where the pipe comes through to hold pipe while soldering. I'm assuming you have copper pipes. Just for an experiment get the pipes to make noise and grab onto the toilet supply and see if the noise changes or stops and do that on the sink supplies, You can shake them around a bit to test.
Another possibility is the water pressure in house may have changed and no you have water "hammer" Some structures do and that can be resolved with a water hammer arrestor. Try these couple things and post back

Thank you 21Boat. I took off the top of the back of the toilet and made the noise happen again, as you suggested. I discovered the tubing from the Fluidmaster fill valve had a slight hole in it and the seal was dripping. I cut some new tubing and added a seal and no sound!! Thank you for your suggestion, sometimes all you need is a push in the right direction.
