I'm 27 years old dad and my baby was born in July of 2008. Me and my ex fiancé lived together and 20 days after the baby was born she left and took him away and moved out of the state without me being informed. I wolud like to know if that is legal or is it kiddnaping of a child , she don't have any court order and she is not really financially stable mom, but I'm more finnaculy stable then she is and I can really provide for the baby much more then she can. What legal rights do I have regarding this matter and what action needs to be taken, thaks.

If she doesn't have a court order, than neither do you so its not kidnapping. Did you sign the birth certificate? If not, then you have no legal rights at this time. If you did, then you are considered the legal father and do have some rights.

You should have gone to court immediately after the child was born to setup custody and visitation orders. THAT would have made it illegal for her to move without court approval. Now you will have to find where she is, go to court in that jurisdiction to establish your rights.
