Relax, it's not the end of the world. Look in all your bathrooms and see if your mother has any sanitary napkins. If so, have your sister wash up and put one on a clean pair of underwear. If no sanitary napkins, have her wash up, and place a white washcloth folded in half in a clean pair of underwear. Then have her lie down and relax. If your parents have voicemail on the phone, call again and leave a message. They may not be able to hear the phone right now. They'll get the message soon enough and call you. You'll both be fine.

I agree also you can Google and there is a web site that has information that will help her. I showed it to my daughter in our little talk. All woman deal with this and she will be fine. Good luck
