    From straw to silk
I would personally say that I have OK hair but dries out easily and that may lead to breakage and I don't want to go down that road again. Does anyone have tips on how to keep healthy and moisturzied hair. Even daily routines would help. Thanks

Get yourself a good quality deep thermo conditioner. What I try and do once a week, is apply the conditioner and heat a damp towel in the dryer and wrap your hair. I usually warm the towel a few times as it starts to cool off, and leave it in for a good hour or more.

Another thing that I occasionally do when my hair gets really dry, is to do the same thing with olive oil and the warm towel. I don't use much, because it can also coat your hair and weigh it down. It works for me when my hair gets really dry especially in the winter months.

I don't know your hair type, but you can give it a try. I've got fine hair, and it gets stringy and dry and as I mentioned, this is what works best for me.

Heyy. I just read the last comment and I think ill give it a go too! Lol
You can buy hair suppliments in you local chemist. I use Boots, hair, skin and nails. Verry good.
After you have rinsed you hair in the shower give it a quick blast of cold water. Do this with cold air if you blow dry your hair. However, try avoid hairdryers if you use, straighteners etc, instead air/towel dry.
Try and not excessivly brush your hair instead use a wide toothed comb and use when conditioner is in the hair.]

    Hope I've helped a bit =]
