    Can charges be pressed?
I've been dating my boyfriend for 7 months now and I without a doubt know that I'm in love with him. But he's 19 and I'm 16. The age of consent in my state is 17 but we do engage in sexually activity. Not sex but just screwing around (like oral and other stuff) my parents have no problem with it because they know we aren't having sex and both of us are responsible. But his dad is a different story, he is threatening to call child services and get both him and my parents into a load of trouble. I'm really scared:( and just want to know, if my parents are OK with us being together can he still be charged?

He may have to prove that you are doing anything more than just dating. He can not get in trouble for dating you. So all he
Has is his say vs you and your boyfriend
