I went to the united states on a 90 day visa I got married there to an american citizen I stayed over my 90days but later on I found out I was there unlawfully I got a ticket and came back to my country but customs didn't say anything to me I'm currently in my country but I want to be with my husband I have applied for a green card they said my application was good but I want to know if I file for a green card while its processing can I go be with my husband?and can I just go buy a plane ticket like normal?how long will it take to get approved?and will me staying over my 90 days affect the process in any way please help. Since you have overstayed on the previous trip, you won't be allowed to enter US on visa waiver program again. It takes about 6 months to obtain spouse visa.
