    Immigration law is confusing?
    I went to the united states on a 90 day visa I got married there to an american citizen I stayed over my 90days but later on I found out I was there unlawfully I got a ticket and came back to my country but customs didn't say anything to me I'm currently in my country but I want to be with my husband I have applied for a green card they said my application was good but I want to know if I file for a green card while its processing can I go be with my husband?and can I just go buy a plane ticket like normal?how long will it take to get approved?and will me staying over my 90 days affect the process in any way please help. New south wales Australia;)

    Since you have overstayed on the previous trip, you won't be allowed to enter US on visa waiver program again. It takes about 6 months to obtain spouse visa.
