I will guess that you have :

    Trilliant Home Power System

Made by Square D 1990 to 1996, and now obsolete.

Some replacement parts are available on page four:

There is not much info available for this product line.

I have never worked on these, but the breaker seems to be easily unplugged by gently pulling or prying out.

Just to be sure to not have any problems be sure to shut off the Main Breaker before opening and working on the interior of the panel.

You may want to consider replacing this panel to something more readily available.

From another help site, I found the following:

    1. TURN OFF THE MAIN BREAKER.
    2. VERIFY THERE IS NO MORE PROCEEDING PAST THE MAIN BREAKER.
    3. HAVE SOMEONE ELSE VERIFY THE MAIN BREAKER IS OFF.
    4. WITH A FLAT BLADE SCREWDRIVER INSERT ABOUT 1/4" to 3/8" INTO THE CENTER SPACE BETWEEN THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE BREAKERS.
    5. GENTLY PRY TO THE LEFT FOR A RIGHT SIDE BREAKER AND TO THE RIGHT FOR A LEFT SIDE BREAKER.
    6. IT WILL ONLY NEED TO MOVE A LITTLE TO FREE THE BREAKER AND PERMIT YOU TO REMOVE THE BREAKER BY HAND.
