Depends on where you live. Dating is always legal, it's the sex that's not and every locality has it's own age of consent.

Depends on the country , but I think you can date but not have sexual relations in the states, but if your in canada than you can no problem;)

Again, dating in and of itself is not illegal. It's the sex that is. It seems that the age of consent in PA is 16, so sex would not be illegal. But I would have to ask why a 21 year old would want to date a 16 year old.

In Pa the age difference is up to 4 yrs older for a minor.

So a 16 yr old can be with a 20 year old. A 17 yr old can be with a 21 yr old. Then too if somebody did want to cause a problem they would have to prove there was sexual relations between two that were more than four years apart.
