A tenant of our apt house has signed a rental agreement,,,,,in my presence, took it to have his girlfriend sign it and hasnt returned it,,,paid his first months rent, stating that he would pay the deposit within the first month,,,,, moved in, and has done nothing but cause psroblems with other tenants, broken rules on the agreement,,,made verbal threats to another tenant, and myself,,,,,the police have even been involoved. What can we do, to get these people out of there as soon as possible????
