    Pay difference in H1b
    Hello

My salary was putup as $65K in my H1B application(I129,LCA.. ). But I am being paid $55K from the past one year for which I have paystubs. Will this difference in the amount ($65K and $55k) be a problem if the consulate officer at Vancouver,Canada checks? If this is a potential problem what are my options of getting out of this? I hope to get the tax forms for the $55K also and I have all other supporting documents too.

    Thanks.

Discuss this issue with your employer first. By the law, you are entitled to same amount in I-129 or more. This issue may jeopardize your visa extension.
