My H1 B is pending around 9 months,Am I able to transfer to other company?
I have only the receipt number for the pending company and the paystubs.

What do you mean by "pending"? Have you got visa stamped in your passport and entered US?

I changed my employer from A-2006 to B-2008

The Transfer with B was filed on Jan 22- 2008 and it is still pending.

(I have a valid I-94 and valid visa till 2010 with company A.)

1.Am I able to transfer with New Company C?
2.After the transfer with Company C -
If the Company B - H1 case is denied - because of Employer issue - How can I maintain the status?
If the Company B - H1 case is denied - because of Employee issue - How can I maintain the status?
