Hi my names aj I have a 1 one year old son and me and his mother broke up and we were not married but I found out that she cheated on me and put a civil lawsuit on me and fed the judge a whole but of lies and I have to go to court to see my kid again but my question is what do I do Ive never been in a court case like this how do I handle it

You just answer the Judge honestly and tell him you want to be a father to your son.
