Light bulb blinking when turned off
I have noticed that when I turned off the light at night that 2 of our light bulb are still blinking, they blink low for less than a second and it occurs every around 5 seconds. I have transferred the bulb to other socket and they are OK. It only happens on the 2 separate sockets having the same wall switch.

Disconnect switch, if it stops, replace switch.

It sounds like they're talking about a fluorescent fixture, which could be bad bulbs or a bad ballast.

Same for flourescents, and if switch is removed and the lights blink, then a hot is likely touching the switchleg.
Touch lamps blink for some unknown reason when switched off , still connected to power at wall?
