I want to get soul custody for one of my kids. I have had my son for his whole life.. And now his dad wants to get half custody of him.. But I don't want. He says the only reason he is doing it because I will no longer let him take my son to his house. But the department of human services told me I didn't have to let him take him.. Because something had happened to my son when his dad had been watching him.. They had to take him to the doc. Cause of marks on his butt.. His dad had had him for a week before taken' him.. But he is trying to say it was something I did to my son.. I think I would have a good case but I'm not sure on what all I need to do to get soul custody.. Can anyone help me?

You go file for full custody and tell the Court that you do not want him to have visitations and why. More than likely they will give him supervised visits.
It is very unlikely they will not give him some sort of visitation rights unless you can prove beyond any doubt that he IS a danger to them
