Hello well my name is antonio and I recetly this year in oct on holloween got no permisson to land in ireland due to a argument I had with my girlfriend she is english and lives in ireland and I am italain with america passport and american citzen ship they gave me immgration law 2004 a and k no permisson to land at this time because had no place to say sigh had fight with my girlfriend and now we worked things out and were planing to get married and I want to go back to ireland and the new year coming up what would I do to regain entery to ireland and am I allowed back into ireland I paid for my own thicket going back home also when they sent me home I paid for every thing I have a stamp in my passport what would be right thing to regain entery and can you help me thanyou

No she did no file a police report against me but when I was going back to ireland form america form visiting my family they ask me why you coming here were ull be staying and the immgration officer called are house and she said not to let him in he not welcome we got into a fight but then she calls me crying when I was in jail for 2days before they sent me back to america and gave me stamp I didn't no noting wrong I got no permisson to land because no were to stay witch means no way of supporting self but she wants me back there.. and we want to get married and my son really misses me but in law I did noting wrong and she didn't press no charges or anything..

There must be something in your record.. though she did not press charges but the officers can and may have done that. Normally if you are denied entry, they will send you back immediately, not after 3 days in jail.
