I am currently required to pay child support for my two sons which I am. I have moved from Tennessee to Chicago where there is approx a 10% INCREASE to my cost of living (TAXES). I am also currently taking my exwife back to court to have the child support amount adjusted. My question is, Will the court take into consideration the increased cost of living due to my new taxes? Is there any case law out there that I could review if possible?
