    Heater blowing cold air ? (95 4runner)
My 95 4runner Heater is blowing cold air? Even after being driven for 30 mins no hot air. Anyone know what could be the problem and an idea of what it will cost me to repair it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!:)

If you have been using tap, instead of distilled, water with the antifreeze, minerals may have built-up and are blocking the passages in the heater core. See if the outlet hose from the heater gets hot. Corrosion, of course, can create the same problem; therefore, be sure to change the coolant every 2 to 3 years with a 50/50 mixture of the recommended antifreeze and distilled water. After checking for blockage, you may want to flush the complete cooling and heater system. This will give you an idea of whether the heater core needs replacing.
