    Disabling a bathroom exhaust fan/light
Our old bathroom exhaust fan/light combo sounds like a jet engine. I would like to disable it until we can get an electrician to replace it. How can I safely do that? There is only 1 switch that controls it and the 2 lights over our sink. We will need the 2 lights over the sink to remain usable.
    Thank You!

Most(many?) can be unplugged after removing plastic? Grill.
Nutone/Broan have exhaust fans that are extremely quiet, some you have to listen hard to hear, sound level about .3 sones. Proper ducting is important.
