The toilet won't flush very well and the bathtub I noticed last night would drain with plug down and the water was coming out of the foundation what do I do?

Did you say that the tub would drain with the stopper in place in the drain hole and that the water from the tub is coming out of the foundation of the house?

When you flush the commode does any water from it run out of the founditation of the house? Also does water from the commode back up into the bathtub? Tell me a little more about your problem and I will try to help.

In regards to "water showing up at the foundation"... Yep, it could be clogged main sewer line. Water could be exiting through open exterior clean out...
