If the two have been seeing each other for several months (Close to a year) and she knows he does care. Would it scare him away? He is especially shy and backwards when it comes to expressing feelings anyway. Also he has said before that he is scared. So was wondering if it be OK if I do first? Sincere advice appreciated

It is the 21st century not victorian times if u truly love him it is proper for.u 2 say it 1st if it is really what u feel .

If he is scared after almost a year, I would be very cautious.

If you love the guy why in the world would you not tell him so.

There is one thing that a female needs to learn about a male early in life, And that is that hints don't always work, so if you want something done, or you want something as a gift do more than hint.

So if you love him tell him, he might not be as shy as you think, he may just not know what to do or say.
