If you're serious about getting assistance, it would help if you post what MP4 player you have and your operating system (Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X, etc.). Also, it's not clear whether you're asking about the mechanics of uploading music to your model of MP4 player, or about sources for music.

If you want sources, there's iTunes, Amazon, Walmart, Rhapsody, no doubt others. You won't get any advice on illegally downloading music here, however.
