What punishment can I expect for violating a harassment restraining order (first offense)?

Depends on your judge,
100 to 1000 fine, 0 to 30 days in jail, 10 is common around here.

Thanks. I hope it's a small fine. I hope the judge is a woman and is sympathetic to my having been scorned by this man who who has the restraining order against me.
