Why does the washer not fill up all the way?

TOOPOOR - There are opnly a few things that can be wrong, #1 - Check to see if the water inlet hoses have a kink in the hoses, #1A- Loosen the kinked hose or hoses and strighten,ifg kinked to bad -replace hose or hoses. #2- Checked to see if the inlet hose screens are clogged up : #2A- Turn the water off at faucet, remove the hose from the inlet on the washer ,use a small screw driver
