II have about 4yr- old GE's side by side refrigrator, the problem is that the water dispenser is not working at all, ice maker is working fine, and we can see(feel) that it filter's the water fine, but it doesn't spill it out. Could you please suggest somehting. I would really appreciate.

There is a switch that controls a selonoid valve for the water dispenser. The switch or valve cound be bad. There is also a possibility that the water line feeding the dispenser could have frozen not allowing the water to flow.
