My 23 months old son have stains on his teeth, dr says its iron stains, I don't have any idea wt to do as I don't like these.any suggetion?

The stains can be easily removed by having your sons teeth polished by your dental hygienist. He may be too young to sit for it though.
Where is your son getting the iron from? Are you on well water or city water? Well water can high iron content. Is he taking a multi-vitamin with iron?

Dentist can buff it out. My son had black teeth from this and went to white in less than 3 min.

Thanks flossy . Yah I was on well water before, but now switch to city water, he is not taking any multivitamins with iron. I want to ask 1 more thing that if once dr will clean them , do I have to do this(cleaning) every 6 months?

Not necessarily, it will depend on how well his teeth are kept clean at home. You should have his teeth examined by a dentist every 6 months though.
