[F]I have a level 5 dark brown hair that was foil highlighted (all over) to a level 9 blonde. :eek: It is very overwhelming!! What can I put on my hair to get rid of the dark brown, maybe go to a level 7 or 8 (dark blonde)?:confused:

If you really want to go from a level 3 (dark brown) to level 7 (dark blonde) you need to bleach the dark parts of your hair, then apply a toner or color to your whole hair.
