    Water Pressure
I have a well system and the water pressure is good throughout the house, except the shower in the basement. The sink in the bathroom and the toilet in the basement have good water pressure, but the shower that is located 2 feet from the sink has very weak water pressure. Is there something I can do to increase the pressure in the shower?:

We are getting a lot of water questions like yours and a lot of them were frozen pipes. Is the shower in basement have the water lines close to the outside wall? How old is your shower diverter. What type pull out for water, turn for water? Was it repaired before? Did this happen slowly over time. Are the pipes cpvc, copper, galv iron, If its copper is the hot feed a 3/8 line. Is the shower head clogged up with Lime deposit from well and did you take the shower head off to clean and test the pressure with it off?
    Need more info

Let me take Boats answer a bit farther. Your shower head has a "water saver" in the shape of a rubber washewith iholes around the edge. Pry it out and toss it. If you don't get better pressure click on back and tell me about it. Good luck, Tom

Clean shower head and clean aerator at the sink.
