I don't think so... But, I don't know what you mean by "search and sizure". That's something cops do when they're LOOKING for a crime. IF you mean, can your probation officer search you anytime, HE CAN, and he doesn't need an order or permission from the court to do it.

Usually for non drug felonies they do anyway, just to make your life miserable. As far as the search and seizure thing, yes, the PO can come to your home at any time unannounced and do his thing. You did sign some kind of authorization when you got onto probation for him to rip through your house like a tornado or you wouldn't have been permitted to be on probation.
While I don't believe it is mandatory, it is normal to be done. That war on drugs thing going on.
As a person on probation, your probation officer (of a police officer under his direction) may search you and your property at anytime they wish. So much for your civil rights after you are convicted or plead guilty.
