    What to do
My girlfriend just broke up with me. She said that I have anxiety problems and need to overcome them, she also won't talk to me or explain herself...

Do you think you have anxiety problems? Can you imagine why she would say that?

I then would ask someone who knows me well, like my mom or a good friend.

Well I really give her a hard time when she goes to a party without me or has girls nights, and I'm always asking her if she loves me and etc I just want to know the best way to get her to at least hear me out. I tried calling and textin and all she texts back is that its to hard to hear my voice and talk to me therefore she cant

Instead of anxiety, she probably meant you are a needy person and need to cling to someone. She doesn't want to be that person.

You have to like yourself and be confident and secure in yourself first. That's when you will be able to trust someone else and not want to hang on to them so you stifle them.

She probably felt smothered by your attention. Yes, it's good to pay attention but the other person needs space too.

Now, my experience tells me to tell you to give her space and not text her or try calling her. Leave her alone. Completely. Let's work on getting you in good shape.

She basically thinks your crazy and you need to leave her alone. Back off.

Duuuude, get over her, she broke up with, all you can say is why, if she doesn't want to answere, she won't answere, no matter how many times you ask why, she's still breaking up with you, get over her!

Yeah she probably just wanted to sum it up in a word.
Not really necessarily anxiety but as the others said needy, clingy, possessive, insecure, suffocating.

Do YOU think you have anxiety problems? If you don't then who cares what she thinks. Maybe she was just using that as a lame excuse to dump you. But now that she's gone what does it really matter why she left. The point is that she did and now it's time to move on with out her.
