Well I put the new fuel pump in tried starting it... still not starting!! I'm so mad because now it could just be that the ignition coil is not getting a spark or my timing? I don't know what to think now because I don't know which is easier to fix, any answers?

As I've stated many times on this site, I have never seen a bad Honda fuel pump, even though many people replace them. Invariably, the problem is a bad fuse, relay, or ECM affecting the fuel pump.

Start from the beginning and perform the tests, in Sections A and B, below:
