We have moved into a new condo and we are getting ice on the inside of all windows now that it is getting very cold out. They are aluminum double pane windows. Any ides what could cause this.

Most likely - the seal between the glass has failed.

Or too much humidity inside of the home which is condensing and freezing on the windows

All aluminum windows get wet in cold weather on the inside. Heavy drapes might help or you can use plastic window sheeting the kind you heat with a hair dryer
