    alcohol consumption
I had one 16 oz. beer on Saturday at 10:00 pm if that... How long will this beer stay in my system. If I have a random UA at work on Monday (today) am I safe to say I will be OK.

Small amounts of alcohol ingestion (one to three ounces) may still be detectable in the blood ten to twelve hours later, depending on the person. A habitual drinker’s blood and internal organs will "store" the alcohol from successive drinking sessions, and it takes much longer—sometimes up to a week—to eliminate enough alcohol from the system to pass a blood alcohol screening.

One beer two days ago - you should be OK.

Depending on your body weight and the amount of alcohol in the beer itself it is detectable in your system for about 12-15 hours. Most likely you won't be drunk or even feel affects from one beer but it will be measurable.
