We need a little more information. Are you the landlord or tenant? What is the reason for the eviction? Have any written notices been given yet?

I've merged your threads. Please answer in the same thread so we can keep track of your information.

If you are on the lease alone and you have a roommate, then you are a sublandlord and your roommate is your subtenant. You have to give your roommate written notice. If the eviction is for non-payment of rent then Florida law requires that you give your roommate a 3 day written notice to pay or vacate the premises. If your roommate hasn't paid or moved out by the end of the 3 days then you have to file a lawsuit for eviction.
