    Divorce from my wife.
I married my wife from Vietnam and she's been in the US for about 3 months now. I found out that she's been cheating on me and we both agree that our marriage was a mistake. I want a divorce from my wife and would like to know how this will effect her residence status here in the US? Will she be able to re-marry that other person and not get deported back to Vietnam? Thanks in advance.

Depends on type of visa she had when entered US.

If she entered US on K-1, she cannot re-marry. She must return to her home country only.

If she entered US on K-3 or CR-1, she may be able to marry someone else but adjustment of status is extremely difficult.
