Okay, so I've asked this before I think, but here goes.
I remember a series of shows I had on VHS when I was a kid (late 80s, early 90s.) It was about animal puppets who lived in a land that was stuffed. The ground looked like it was made of a patchwork quilt in muted colors and pastels.
The puppets were like stuffed animals and they *may* have been marionettes. I remember a horse mostly but there were a lot of other animals as well.
Two episodes I remember most: The horse (I think) gets stuck in a mine that caves in and he has to get help somehow.
In another one there is going to be a party. Either one of the animals tries adding things or each animal adds something that they like to the soup it but it winds up ruining it.
The episodes all teach a single moral principle in each one. For example, the mine shaft episode taught obedience because he was told not to go in. The soup was teaching not to touch other people's things, etc. Considering this, it is possible it was a Christian series.
